IP addresses

Every time you connect to our website, we store web server logs which show your unique IP address. This identifies what you have looked at; whether the page request was successful or not; and which browser you used to view the pages. This data will only be used for statistical purposes and personalisation purposes only and helps to inform us about the usage of the site and how many hits we receive.

Although currently not in use, we may use ‘cookies’ to identify you when you visit our website to build a demographic profile. CLK Design Studio (the company) abides by the Architectural Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 44 of 2000) (the Act), which provides for the registration of Candidates and Professionals as:

In terms of Section 18(2) of the Act a person may not practise in any categories contemplated in the Act, unless he/she is registered in that category. Only persons registered with SACAP in a Professional registration category, may practise or render architectural services directly to the public. Persons registered as Candidates must perform architectural work under the supervision of a mentor, registered with SACAP in a Professional registration category, equal to or above that of the Candidates.
As such, the company employs the special oversight of a registered professional to oversee all work being produced for the public and to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Clients are invited to request further details on such information at the contact details indicated below.
